(Cool) Eclipse Stuff: Autorefresh

I just learned (by accident and purely out of curiosity) that Eclipse has included an autorefresh of the workspace for quite some time now (since 3.1). Might help to get rid of those F5 orgies on your externally touched projects ;-)

Window > Preferences > General > Workspace > Refresh automatically
Window > Preferences > General > Workspace

You can find it in Eclipse' preferences1) under General > Workspace. Simply check the box that says “Refresh automatically” and enjoy the luxury of automatic workspace refreshs.

Yeah! Bless be auto-refresh… :) I discovered it in 3.4 or so I think — I still wonder why it's not turned on by default.
